How does it work?

Choose the ideal course for you

We will require a few details once you have decided on a course, such as each student’s current language level, when the course will begin and your preferred time for the classes to occur.

We find the best native instructor

In general, it can take us a few days to set you up with your instructor - this can vary according to your chosen language and location within Hoboken.

The instructor comes to your place to teach

The instructor will come to your home or office to deliver the lessons provided that you live or work close to the centre. If your home or work address is far from the centre then you will be required to have the lessons at the instructor’s home or in a public location, like a quiet café or library.

About Hoboken

The city of Hoboken, New Jersey, population 40,000, was first settled by the Dutch in the 17th Century. Just across the Hudson River from Manhattan, it is known as a ‘bedroom community’ due to the large number of suburban commuters, a quarter of whom work in finance or real estate in New York City. As the ‘birthplace of baseball’, Hoboken lays claim to being the place where the first official recorded game of baseball in US history was held. The zipper was also invented here.

Testimonials

My girlfriend is Italian and we’re going to meet her family in Rome in a few weeks. I’m really nervous but with help from Language Museum’s classes I’ve progressed really quickly - hopefully enough to impress her family!
