Some  common gestures are:<\/p>\n<p>1. Raised hands waggling: \u2018I agree\u2019<br \/>\n2. Lowered hands waggling: \u2018I disagree\u2019<br \/>\n3. One fist raised: \u2018I\u2019d like to speak\u2019<br \/>\n3. Fists raised: \u2018I need to speak urgently\u2019<br \/>\n4. T-sign: \u2018I\u2019d like to raise a technical point\u2019<br \/>\n5. Rolling arms: \u2018I\u2019m bored\u2019<\/p>\n<p>Participants are supposed to be honest, and it\u2019s an inclusive form of decision-making. The only drawback is that because everyone has to agree, making a decision can take a long time!
