Depending on the length of the course and the number of students involved, we will make sure that we have the right teacher available before confirming your course. Our native-speaking teachers will help you acquire proficiency in your chosen language by applying their linguistic skills and teaching experience, ensuring that you will get the best out of your course.
We will require a few details once you have decided on a course, such as each student’s current language level, when the course will begin and the preferred time for the lessons to occur.
Once we have received your booking, we will begin the search for your teacher in York immediately - this process can take up to 14 days depending on your language and location.
The teacher will come to your home or office to deliver the lessons provided that you live or work close to the centre. If your home or work address is far from the centre then you will be required to have the lessons at the teacher’s home or in a public location, like a quiet café or library.
